Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

If there is an issue with your order: If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with a photo of the product. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial credit or replacement at our discretion.

Order cancellations: Cancellations requested more than 7 days before your event date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any materials already purchased. Cancellations within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.

Allergies & dietary requirements: It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies.
